WHO DO WE SERVE?

Any enrolled, tribal member, any age, with Cato, tribal, elders, and members priority.

• Primary: Prevention focuses on taking proactive measures to prevent disease from ever occurring.
• Secondary: prevention emphasizes the significance of identifying diseases in their developing stages before symptoms manifest.
• Tertiary: prevention aims to enhance the quality of life for individuals living with chronic conditions while minimizing the impact of the disease.
