Our Mission

Caddo Nation Division of Housing (CNDH) is accepting applications for assistance! Here is a snapshot of what we provide!

Open to enrolled Caddo Nation citizens!

CNDH programs are funded through the following entities: Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG), Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination

Act (NAHASDA), and/or Bureau of Indian Affairs.

Applicants must meet income and geographic requirements for all of our programs. The requirements vary depending on which federal entity is providing funding. Please visit our website or reach out to our team for more information!

The Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) may be able to help eligible Caddo homeowners who are experiencing financial hardship. Assistance may be available for housing-related expenses such as:

• Mortgage payments (up to 5k)
• Utility and internet costs
• Home rehabilitation (up to 10k)

The goal of the program is to help homeowners avoid mortgage delinquency, default, foreclosure, the loss of utilities, or displacement from their homes.

If you are a tribal member who owns and lives in your home and are experiencing financial difficulties, contact the Caddo Nation Division of Housing to learn about eligibility requirements, available assistance, and how to apply.

Homeowner assistance fund (HAF)

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the income limits under the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 to be eligible for housing related services.
