Caddo Nation Online Auction

1.We do not accept cash and personal checks.  

2. Cashier's Check or Money Order is acceptable.

3. pick up will be scheduled by the seller after payment has been confirmed and funds have cleared. 

4. You must have a copy of the confirmation and signed to be able to pick up the item. 

4. Driver's License, state issued ID card, CDIB cards will only be acceptable forms of proof. One of the above forms of IDs will need to be showed at pick up and copy will be made for our records.  

5. If you are picking up for someone else a signed letter saying who will be picking up on their behalf with a copy of the auction winners ID will need to be provided before we will release the item(s)

6. All items listed in the auction are AS IS and no warranties are provided.  

7. The conditions of the listed item(s) is current knowledge of the Caddo Nation. The description may not reflect the full operating conditions or mechanical conditions of the item purchased. 

8. The Caddo Nation does not imply or guarantee the conditions of the listed items.  

9. Viewing days will need to be scheduled with the Caddo Nation prior to viewing. 

10. Scheduled pick-ups will be during our days of operation Mon-Fri 9am-3pm. Closed on holidays. We will not deliver. 

11. Items must be picked up within five business days of confirmation of payment. Failure to pick up will result in forfeiture of items and no refund will be given AND You will not be allowed to bid on current or future auctions.transparency, integrity, and accountability.
